Verboș — In-App Purchases and Subscriptions Terms

Billing and Payments:

  • Purchase Options: The app offers a 'Yearly' subscription for $9.99/year and a 'Lifetime' unlock for a one-time fee of $19.99.
  • Billing Provider (iOS): On iPhone and iPad, all transactions are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
  • Billing Provider (Android): On Android devices, all transactions are processed through the Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the Google Play Terms of Service.
  • Auto-Renewal (iOS): Yearly subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

Naxos Insider — In-App Purchase Terms

  • Purchase Option: The app offers a one-time 'Premium' unlock for $2.99. This is a single, non-recurring purchase — not a subscription.

  • Access: The Premium purchase provides permanent access to all current and future premium features within Naxos Insider. Access is tied to your App Store or Google Play account and is non-transferable.
  • Refunds (iOS): Refund requests are handled by Apple support according to their standard refund policies.

Digital Guides — Purchase Terms

Billing and Delivery:

  • Products: This section covers our digital guides, including Move to Greece and Speak Greek in Real Life, sold in English and French.
  • Billing Provider: Purchases are processed through Gumroad or Payhip. By making a purchase, you agree to that platform's respective terms of service and payment processing terms.
  • Delivery: Guides are delivered digitally and instantly via download link or email upon successful payment.
  • Refunds: Due to the instant, digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy across our verb conjugations (Verboș), travel and local information (Naxos Insider), and guide content, Sealab Studios is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes in the information provided (including but not limited to business hours, prices, and availability referenced within Naxos Insider).

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sealab Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our mobile applications, website, or digital products.
